These are the ingredients chosen in 2009 for the birth of Hache, Via Partenope pizza restaurant, on the Naples waterfront, where the Taste of Tradition with a touch of innovation is already identified in the name, which comes from the French and means “chopped” such as meat that makes up our meatballs, precisely typically Neapolitan. Why my French? To commemorate the tourist vocation of a city, that has much to tell, in terms of history, environmental beauty and gastronomy.
