Our orange juice is produced with the precious juice of Italian oranges and the extract of Apulian oranges. The Apulian oranges acquire their characteristic taste thanks to the calcareous-marly soil and the frequent cold winds that lash the impervious terraces generating sudden changes in temperature.

For our Bitter Aranciata we have chosen the Melangolo di Puglia, to give a special taste thanks to the bitter orange par excellence. The characteristic wrinkled skin protects a pulp with a strong and inimitable taste, like its story. is among the oldest cultivated citrus and, in Puglia, its origins date back to the year 1000. A fruit made famous thanks to the events of Melo, Prince of Bari, who donated it to the Normans. Melangolo owes its contrasts and scents to the earth, to the climate and the sea of ​​the Gargano. For a bitter orange juice that is as good as you would expect.

The languid pastel shades unexpectedly conceal a fruity bouquet, with strong and pleasantly pungent notes. The result in the mouth is a clear and transversal attack, which slowly slips towards a pleasantly bitter and dry finish, distinctive feature of the product. The microclimate of the Ligurian Riviera di Ponente gives the fruit intense aromas. The infusion obtained from the chinotti and the lemon juice give the drink a unique flavor, thus obtaining a good and thirst-quenching drink.
